Saturday 29th November. Probably normal rowing but Burway Head might affect things. Check back later.

A note about Christmas training - please note that there will be no organised Junior training on the weekends of 27/28 December 2008 and 3/4 January 2009. We all deserve a break!

Saturday
- 'A' & 'A*' group - 08:00 - 9:45 & 10:45 - 12:15
- 'B' & 'C' groups - 09:15 - 11:30
- 'D' group - 12:00 - 14:00
Sunday
- 'A' & 'A*' group - 08:00 - 9:45 & 10:45 - 12:15
- 'B' & 'C' - 09:30 - 12:00
Tuesday
- 'A*' only - 6:30 - 8:30 pm
- Jolly hard work - often coached by Paul Wilcox
Thursday
- 'A', 'B' & 'C' - 6:45 for 7:00 - 8:30 Note - those in the 'Tuesday group' should be at the Club at 6pm for a 6.15pm start so they can do a good ergo session before the masses descend!
